ZOLL Medical Corporation 601033-001 Hospital Monitor Interface

The ZOLL Alsius 601033-001 Hospital Monitor Interface (HMIA) connects the CoolGard 3000 temperature management system to external hospital monitors by simulating the patient temperature probe signal, enabling a single probe to feed both device and monitor for synchronized clinical data. This interface is designed for replacement, maintenance, or retrofit in critical care units, ICUs, and surgical environments that rely on intravascular temperature management. It supports biomedical technicians, clinicians, and system integrators in maintaining accurate temperature data sharing across systems. The HMIA is compatible with ZOLL/Alsius CoolGard 3000 and Thermogard XP temperature management systems, and it outputs a YSI-400 compatible temperature signal over an RS-232 connection to the system display head. The interface uses a T1 output connector for the hospital monitor cable, and provides Power (green) and warning (red) indicators along with a reset button. It is mounted on the system display housing with an umbilical connection and operates automatically on system power-up (no independent switch).
