GTG Hardware Warranty Policy

At GTG Hardware, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Our commitment to excellence is backed by a 2 year warranty, which covers all parts and repairs from the date of shipment.

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by GTG Hardware come with a 2 year warranty from the shipment date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During this period, GTG Hardware will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Improper maintenance or misapplication
  • Unauthorized modification
  • External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control

Returns requested for reasons other than a product defect, warranty issue, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to, customer order errors, end-user cancellations, changes in project requirements, late delivery, no longer needed, wrong item purchased, or any other non-defective return reason. All such returns require prior authorization and must be received by GTG Hardware within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

 

Making a Warranty Claim

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Please be ready to provide:

  • Your name, contact information, and invoice number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Evidence of the defect (photos, videos, detailed explanations)
  • Proof of purchase

Shipping for Warranty Service/ Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to GTG Hardware for warranty service. GTG Hardware will cover the return shipping costs after the completion of service under this warranty.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment.

Limitations of Damages

GTG Hardware is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of our products. The warranty provided is the sole and exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

GTG Hardware sells surplus, refurbished, & used items and is not an authorized distributor for the brands listed. Our products come with GTG Hardware's 2-year warranty, not the original manufacturer's warranty.
