Yokogawa ZR22G150SC Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer

The Yokogawa ZR22G150SC Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer, an Oxygen Analyzer Detector, provides in-situ continuous monitoring of oxygen in high-temperature combustion gases. Configured as -150-S-C with a 1.5 m stainless steel probe and an ANSI flange, it measures O2 from approximately 0.01 to 100 vol% using a zirconia solid-electrolyte sensor. Installed directly into ducts or stacks as an in-situ probe, it requires a converter such as the ZR402G or ZR802G for its output. Operating up to ~700°C (higher with adapter) and with a field-replaceable zirconia cell and heater assembly, it serves boilers, furnaces, kilns, and incinerators to support combustion optimization, across industries like power generation, petrochemical, steel, and general manufacturing.
