Yokogawa SCP461-51 S1 Processor Module

The Yokogawa SCP461-51 S1 Processor Module is a high-performance control CPU for ProSafe-RS and CENTUM VP systems, executing control algorithms, safety logic, and system communication in safety control stations or field control units. It features an ARM Cortex-based CPU (~1.5 GHz class) and supports dual-redundant configurations to maintain continuous operation in mission-critical environments such as LNG plants. Communication options include the Vnet/IP system bus, Ethernet, and serial interfaces, with real-time OS support (Linux or VxWorks) and embedded program/flash memory. Powered by 24 VDC, it uses a rack-mounted PCB form factor measuring approximately 12–20 cm and weighing about 0.3–0.65 kg, and is commonly deployed in LNG plants, oil & gas facilities, chemical processing, and power generation.
