Yokogawa SC450G Exaxt 450 Conductivity Converter

The Yokogawa SC450G EXAxt 450 Conductivity Converter is a 4-wire industrial analyzer designed for high-accuracy measurement of conductivity and resistivity in liquid processes, using contacting electrode sensors and delivering real-time process signals. It features a touchscreen graphical interface for setup and diagnostics, along with built-in PID/PI control to support process control. Part of Yokogawa’s EXAxt 450 series, it provides a measurement range from roughly 0.000 µS/cm to 2000 mS/cm and resistivity up to about 1000 MΩ·cm, with 4–20 mA output (dual outputs typical) and HART communication. The unit is powered from 100–240 VAC and housed in an IP66 / NEMA 4X enclosure, with advanced multi-mode temperature compensation and diagnostics including cell fouling detection and system diagnostics.
