The Yokogawa SC42-SP34 Contacting Conductivity Sensor delivers precise low-conductivity measurements with a pre-calibrated 0.01 cm⁻¹ cell constant in a rugged 316L stainless steel body with PEEK insulation. This 2-electrode sensor is designed for continuous monitoring of liquids with low ionic content and includes an integrated Pt1000 temperature element for automatic temperature compensation, supporting accurate readings up to ~150 °C and up to ~10 bar pressure. The SC42-SP34 can be mounted via plug-in flow cells or insertion fittings and provides system-dependent connections such as Variopin or Amphenol, making it adaptable to various process setups.
