The Yokogawa PR4A-T-10 Retractable Conductivity Sensor Assembly is an in-line, through-the-valve sensor designed for continuous conductivity measurement in process systems, allowing maintenance tasks to proceed without shutting down the process. Wetted components use Titanium (Grade 2/3) to deliver high corrosion resistance in aggressive or high-purity environments, and the 1.0 meter insertion length (-10 suffix) provides a practical sensing depth for large-diameter lines while keeping the sensor accessible for calibration. The retractable design enables safe insertion and retraction under pressure, includes adjustable insertion depth, a T-bar locking safety mechanism, and a Viton o-ring sealing system, and it is compatible with Yokogawa SC4A conductivity sensors. Installation supports pipeline or vessel configurations with an optional ball valve and through-the-valve mounting, ensuring integration with existing process hardware and enabling maintenance access without interrupting the process.
