Yokogawa PH402G-E-1-E Panel-Mount pH/ORP Converter

The Yokogawa PH402G-E-1-E is a panel-mount EXA pH/ORP converter/transmitter that delivers continuous online measurements of pH and ORP with 4–20 mA outputs for seamless PLC/DCS integration. It accepts a high-impedance dual sensor input (~10^13 Ω) and provides dual 4–20 mA outputs plus relay outputs, powered from 110–120 VAC at 50/60 Hz and drawing about 10 VA. Built-in PI control supports dosing or neutralization, and the enclosure is IP65 / NEMA 4X for indoor or outdoor use, with mounting options for panel, wall, or pipe. Diagnostics cover sensor condition, stability, and calibration checks, and the device offers enhanced diagnostics with optional communications; this is a discontinued legacy EXA analyzer, with common replacements including the Yokogawa FLXA21, FLXA202, and PH450G.
