Description:

The Yokogawa ISC402G Inductive Conductivity Converter is a panel-, wall-, or pipe-mounted transmitter that measures liquid conductivity using inductive (contactless) sensing and converts it into dual 0/4–20 mA DC outputs for monitoring and control. Part of the EXA Series, it is designed to work with Yokogawa ISC40 inductive conductivity sensors and offers RS-485 bi-directional communication, a measurement range of 0 to 1999 mS/cm (process max 3000 mS/cm), and a minimum detectable conductivity of about 0.5 µS/cm, with common installations in chemical processing, water treatment, pulp and paper mills, metal finishing, and wastewater systems. Operating temperature ranges from -30 to 150°C, with accuracy around ±0.5% over a wide range, and it provides multiple SPDT relay outputs for alarms or control. Power is supplied from 100/115/230 VAC or 24 VDC options, with approximate power consumption of 10 VA/10 W; features include auto-ranging display, temperature compensation, non-volatile memory, and drift compensation.
