Yokogawa ISC402G Inductive Conductivity Converter
Yokogawa ISC402G Inductive Conductivity Converter
Description:
The Yokogawa ISC402G Inductive Conductivity Converter (EXA Series) converts liquid conductivity measured by Yokogawa ISC40 inductive conductivity sensors into analog and digital process signals for monitoring, control, and system upgrades in industrial plants. It accepts 110–120 VAC power (50/60 Hz) and provides dual 0/4–20 mA DC outputs (isolated) plus RS-485 digital communication, with multiple configurable SPDT alarm/control relays for local signaling. The converter covers a measuring range from ~1 µS/cm to 2,000,000 µS/cm and offers typical accuracy of ±0.5% of reading. Its operating temperature range is -30°C to 150°C, enabling use across demanding process lines, and its non-contact inductive measurement helps reduce maintenance in harsh environments. Designed to work with ISC40 sensors, the ISC402G is suitable for chemical processing, water treatment, wastewater systems, pulp and paper, and metal finishing where reliable conductivity or concentration monitoring is required. Mounting options include panel, wall, or pipe installation, and the unit incorporates non-volatile parameter storage to preserve settings through power loss.
