Yokogawa FCCS51-0.02-PT1000-18 Pt1000 Temperature Sensor

The Yokogawa FCCS51-0.02-PT1000-18 is a contacting conductivity sensor assembly that includes a Pt1000 temperature element for accurate temperature compensation and stable measurements in demanding process environments. Built around a 316 stainless steel body with Teflon insulation, it uses a 2-electrode contacting conductivity sensor with a 0.02 cm⁻¹ cell constant, suitable for low-conductivity measurements from ~0.04 to 500 µS/cm. It features an integral cable (~18 ft / ~5–6 m) and a sanitary Tri-Clamp connection (2 in for the /02 variant). Operational range includes temperatures up to ~120°C and pressures up to ~200 PSIG @ 120°C, with a Pt1000 element providing integrated compensation. Common applications include online conductivity monitoring in water and wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage production, and power generation systems.
