Yokogawa Electric Corporation SDV531-L33 Digital Output Module

The Yokogawa SDV531-L33 is an 8-channel digital output module for Yokogawa CENTUM VP and ProSafe-RS systems that transmits ON/OFF control signals from the controller to field devices such as relays, solenoids, and actuators. It provides 24 VDC current-source outputs with typical per-channel current of 0.1–0.2 A and includes module isolation between channels and the system bus for reliable operation in safety-critical environments. With a fast response time of ≤30 ms, built-in wiring diagnostics, and industry-standard 24 VDC external power, this module supports dependable control of valves, alarms, motors, and interlocks in oil & gas, LNG plants, chemical processing, and power generation. Compatible with Yokogawa CENTUM VP / ProSafe-RS (FIO/ESB architecture), it offers interface options via signal cable, terminal, or MIL connectors and operates from -20 to 70 °C (ISA G3).
