Yokogawa Electric Corporation SC200G-C-UB Conductivity/Resistivity Transmitter

The Yokogawa SC200G-C-UB Conductivity/Resistivity Transmitter is a microprocessor-based 2-wire analyzer designed for continuous online measurement of conductivity or resistivity in liquid processes. It receives signals from a conductivity sensor and a temperature sensor (integrated or external) and converts them into a standardized 4–20 mA DC process output for PLC/DCS integration, with optional analog communication for system-wide control. The unit features automatic temperature compensation with configurable coefficients, a digital display for local configuration, built-in self-diagnostics and fault detection, and configurable measurement ranges to suit different liquids. Mount it on panels, walls, or pipes in IP65 / NEMA 4X enclosures; common applications include water and wastewater treatment, chemical processing, power plant boiler/condensate monitoring, and semiconductor or high-purity water systems.
