Yokogawa Electric Corporation SAI146-H63 Analog Input Module

Yokogawa SAI146-H63 Analog Input Module is a 16-channel current-input module designed for Yokogawa CENTUM and ProSafe-RS control systems, converting 4–20 mA signals from field transmitters into digital data for real-time process control with typical accuracy of ±16 µA. Each channel is isolated with about 250 Ω input impedance when powered, and the module provides channel-to-channel and module isolation while supporting HART communication (one device per channel, multiplexed) and loop-powered 2-wire transmitters. The unit operates in a -20°C to +70°C G3 environment and is rack-mounted in an FIO/node unit; the H63 suffix signals HART capability, a Yokogawa-specific cable interface, and extended environmental rating.
