The Yokogawa RK93-0N ROM Pack (Style S1) is a high-capacity non-volatile memory module for Yokogawa FA-M3 PLC systems, designed to store control programs, configuration data, and system parameters, enabling automatic program execution at power-up on higher-performance sequence CPU modules and providing one of the largest storage capacities among legacy Yokogawa PLC platforms. As part of the RK series, it offers up to approximately 254K ladder steps of storage, plugs into the CPU unit as a ROM/memory module, and supports FA-M3 sequence CPU modules in the F3SP38, F3SP58, and F3SP59 series, storing control programs, configuration/system data, timer and counter preset values, and management data in non-volatile memory. Used in manufacturing lines, machine control, and process automation to ensure reliable program retention, system recovery, and duplication of control logic across multiple controllers, this discontinued legacy module has common replacements such as RK73-0N (~120K steps), RK53-0N, or newer SD/Flash memory solutions for FA-M3 CPUs.
