Yokogawa Electric Corporation PH402G-E-1-E PH/ORP Converter

The Yokogawa PH402G-E-1-E pH/ORP Converter is a dual-input online analyzer that converts pH and ORP sensor signals into standardized outputs for process control in industrial liquid systems. Part of Yokogawa's EXA Series, it provides pH and ORP measurements with temperature compensation, and delivers dual 4–20 mA outputs plus relay outputs, with enhanced diagnostics and communication capabilities in an IP65 / NEMA 4X enclosure for indoor or outdoor use. The unit accepts two high-impedance inputs (2 × 10¹³ Ω), supports a pH range of approximately -2 to 16 pH (sensor dependent), and operates from 110–120 VAC at 50/60 Hz with about 10 VA of power. Mounting options include panel, wall, or pipe mounting, and it is designed for continuous online measurement in wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage production, and power generation systems, serving monitoring, alarms, and dosing control. As a discontinued legacy EXA analyzer, it is commonly replaced by the Yokogawa PH450G converter.
