Yokogawa Electric Corporation FU20-05-T1-NPT pH/ORP Sensor

The Yokogawa FU20-05-T1-NPT pH/ORP Sensor combines pH and ORP measurement with an integrated Pt1000 temperature element for accurate process monitoring in industrial liquid streams. Designed for inline, immersion, or bypass installations, it features a 3/4" NPT process connection and a 5 m cable, enabling flexible mounting in pipelines, tanks, and bypass lines. The sensor uses a PPS GF40 body and Viton / FKM O-rings (model dependent) for chemical resistance, and carries a pH glass electrode plus a platinum ORP electrode with an Ag/AgCl double junction reference and a porous PTFE reference junction. Temperature compensation is provided by the integrated Pt1000 element, and the unit measures pH, ORP, and temperature with a response time of less than 15 seconds for a pH step. Applications include continuous monitoring in water and wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage production, and power generation, with common installations in-line, immersion, or bypass. Common replacements include Yokogawa FU20-10-T1-NPT, FU20-VP-T1-NPT, and PH20 Series pH sensors.
