Yokogawa ANT502-53 Optical Bus Repeater Module

The Yokogawa ANT502-53 Optical ESB Bus Repeater Module extends the Yokogawa Enhanced Serial Bus (ESB) network over optical fiber, regenerating signals for long-distance, noise-resistant transmission up to 5 km in industrial environments. Commonly installed in CENTUM DCS node units and optical ESB systems to maintain reliable communication between distributed control components, it functions as a Slave repeater that converts ESB electrical signals into optical signals for transmission. The ANT502-53 supports chain and star topologies and is installed in Optical ESB Node Units (ANB11) or repeater units (ANT10U), with compatibility for Yokogawa CENTUM VP / FIO / N-IO systems. It is used in oil & gas, chemical plants, and power generation to extend ESB communication between field control units and remote I/O nodes.
