Yokogawa ALP111-S00 PROFIBUS Communications Module

The Yokogawa ALP111-S00 PROFIBUS Communication Module is a PROFIBUS-DP Master interface that enables reliable data exchange between Yokogawa CENTUM DCS controllers and PROFIBUS field devices in industrial automation. It communicates over PROFIBUS-DP via RS-485, supporting 9.6 kbps to 12 Mbps with segment lengths up to 1.2 km at the 9.6 kbps rate, and uses a D-sub 9-pin female port for the main link plus a D-sub 9-pin male RS-232C maintenance port. The module is electrically isolated to enhance transmission reliability, draws approximately 0.7 A, and is mounted on FCU or node units (AFV, ANB, ANR series). DP-V0 certified and commonly used to connect DCS to PROFIBUS slave devices in oil and gas, chemical plants, power generation, and manufacturing environments; it is also listed as a common replacement for ALP121, AIP502, and ALF111.
