The WIX 51088 Engine Oil Filter delivers high-efficiency full-flow filtration for automotive and light-duty industrial engines in a spin-on housing, offering reliable oil contaminant removal with a 21 micron nominal rating and a maximum flow of 7–9 GPM. It installs on 3/4-16 threaded oil filter bases and features an anti-drain-back valve, a 30 PSI by-pass valve, and a burst pressure of 280 PSI for demanding service; the filter’s height is 4.704 inches (119 mm) and its outer diameter is 2.983 inches (76 mm). The filter uses Enhanced Cellulose filtration media and provides a gasket outside diameter of 2.740 inches with an inside diameter of 2.370 inches.
