Westinghouse F-3070 Molded Case Circuit Breaker

The Westinghouse F-3070 Molded Case Circuit Breaker is a 3-pole, 70 A MCCB designed for reliable three-phase overcurrent protection in industrial electrical distribution systems at 480 VAC. As part of the Westinghouse/Cutler-Hammer F Series with a 3-pole frame, it uses a thermal-magnetic trip unit for long-time and instantaneous protection, 50/60 Hz operation, an interrupting capacity of 14 kA at 480 VAC, and compatibility with up to 600 VAC systems, plus bolt-on mounting with line and load lug terminals. It is UL Listed and commonly installed in panelboards, switchboards, motor control centers, feeders, and other heavy-duty power distribution setups, protecting feeders, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and similar continuous-duty loads. Common replacements include Eaton FDB3070, Cutler-Hammer FDB3070, and Westinghouse EHD3070 for retrofit and upgrade projects requiring proven 480 V three-phase protection.
