Weidmüller 828611 Thermocouple Signal Conditioner

The Weidmüller 828611 UPAC Thermo is a thermocouple signal conditioner that converts thermocouple inputs into isolated analog outputs for PLCs, DCS systems, recorders, and other automation equipment requiring isolated temperature signals. It provides galvanic isolation between input, output, and power supply, includes thermocouple linearization and signal amplification, and is designed for DIN rail mounting in an enclosed industrial module powered from 9–30 VDC. Input type is thermocouple (model dependent) and output can be configured as current or voltage, enabling compatibility with a wide range of process control interfaces. Common applications include furnace control, heat treatment equipment, ovens, process heating, plastics manufacturing, food processing, and general industrial temperature monitoring in process control panels and instrumentation cabinets.
