WEG RW27-2D3-U004 Overload Relay

The WEG RW27-2D3-U004 overload relay is a 3-pole thermal overload device designed for direct mounting on WEG CWB contactors to protect three-phase motors in industrial motor control and automation systems. It provides adjustable current protection in the 2.8–4 A range, combined with bi-metallic thermal protection and a Class 10 trip, and includes phase loss and current unbalance protection for dependable motor safety. The unit features 1 NO + 1 NC isolated auxiliary contacts, with a manual/automatic selectable reset, and is compatible with CWB9 through CWB38 contactors. Electrical ratings include up to 690 V rated insulation voltage, 6 kV rated impulse withstand, and operation across 25–400 Hz, with protection class IP20 for the auxiliary side and IP10 on the main terminals.
