Watts LF26A-A Water Pressure Regulating Valve

The Watts LF26A-A Pressure Regulator (5DMD1) is a 1/2 in lead-free, two-way water pressure reducing valve designed for small general-purpose applications requiring precise low-pressure control. It automatically reduces incoming water pressure to a stable downstream pressure, protecting equipment and improving system performance. The LF26A-A features an A spring range of 1–25 PSI with a factory setting of 10 PSI and is commonly used in beverage dispensing systems, ice machines, humidifiers, drinking fountains, paint spraying equipment, and other light commercial or industrial process applications. It has 1/2 in female NPT × female NPT connections, a lead-free forged brass body, an aluminum spring cage, a Buna-N stainless steel disc, and a reinforced Buna-N diaphragm. The valve is rated for a maximum working pressure of 300 PSI and a temperature range of 0°F to 140°F (-18°C to 60°C). A 1/4 in. two-way low-pressure gauge port and tee-handle adjustment enable precise downstream setpoint tuning, and upstream installation with a strainer is recommended for longevity. Service media includes water and No. 2 Fuel Oil. For compatibility, common replacements include Watts LF26A-C, LF26A-D, and LF263A-A regulators.
