Watts FluidAir R230-02B Air Pressure Regulator

The Watts FluidAir R230-02B is a high-flow, precision pneumatic regulator that delivers accurate, stable downstream pressure for compressed air and non-corrosive gas systems. It uses a balanced poppet valve, rolling diaphragm, and aspirator tube technology to maintain constant outlet pressure through wide supply fluctuations and varying flow, with in-line serviceability so maintenance can be performed without removing the unit from the line. With 1/4" NPT ports and a maximum supply of 250 PSI (17 bar), it provides an outlet range of 0–30 PSI and a high flow capacity up to 80 SCFM, making it suitable for applications requiring rapid response and repeatable pressure in automation and test setups. The regulator is diaphragm-operated and controlled by a manual knob, featuring a relieving function. An aluminum body houses a dual 1/4" NPT full-flow gauge port arrangement, an internal balanced poppet, and a rolling diaphragm, enabling consistent regulation across a temperature range from -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 71°C) and compatibility with compressed air and non-corrosive gases.
