Watson-McDaniel WT2003C Thermostatic Steam Trap

Watson McDaniel WT2003C 3/4 in. NPT Thermostatic Steam Trap automatically discharges condensate and air from industrial steam systems while preventing live steam loss. Designed for 3/4 in. NPT piping with a female NPT connection, it is commonly installed in steam tracing lines, drip legs, heat exchangers, and process equipment where efficient condensate removal and rapid air venting are needed. The trap uses a balanced pressure thermostatic operating principle, with a stainless steel investment-cast body and a welded stainless steel thermal element resistant to water hammer, delivering dependable performance across a wide operating range and a PMO of 650 PSIG. It includes an integral strainer and features seal-welded, non-repairable construction. This model is suitable for steam tracing, drip legs, steam mains, and various process applications in chemical processing plants, food and beverage facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing, HVAC equipment, and industrial process heating. Orifice size is 5/16 in.; common replacements include WT2003-13-N, WT3003-13-N, and WT4003-13-N.
