Watlow DC2V-4060-F0S0 DIN-A-MITE® Solid State Power Controller regulates the electrical power supplied to heaters, ovens, furnaces, and thermal processing equipment, delivering solid-state switching for industrial heating with a 600 VAC load rating and 40 A current in a 3‑phase configuration. The controller uses SCR-based solid-state switching with Zero-Cross switching to minimize electrical noise and wear, and is mounted on a DIN rail as part of the DIN-A-MITE series. Control input accepts 100–240 VAC control signals and supports 50/60 Hz operation, aligning with common industrial control systems.
