Description:
The VWR 89049-178 PCR Plate is a 96-well, half-skirted polypropylene plate designed for secure sample containment and efficient heat transfer in PCR and qPCR workflows. Each well holds 0.2 mL and features thin, uniform walls to support consistent thermocycling, with natural/clear wells and a straight-side design for easy labeling. This plate is compatible with ABI-Style and other compatible thermal cyclers, supports 96 samples per plate, and uses alphanumeric labeling for organization in molecular biology, genetic analysis, DNA amplification, sequencing preparation, and high-throughput screening.
