Vulcain VA-201R Relay Module

The Vulcain VA-201R Relay Module is an output expansion unit for the VA201C gas detection controller, enabling alarm signaling and control within industrial gas detection networks. It provides up to 8 DPDT relay outputs with a 5 A contact rating and a maximum switching capacity of 30 VDC or 250 VAC resistive load, and it operates from 18–27 VAC. Installed as a panel-mounted module, it supports indirect activation of external warning and control devices, making it suitable for applications such as gas leak annunciation, ventilation activation, and equipment shutdown in chemical processing facilities, utilities, and hazardous area monitoring.
