The Viajet T-100 Industrial Inkjet Printer is a high-resolution piezo inkjet system designed for direct carton marking on porous packaging materials, delivering up to 4 in (100 mm) print height at a maximum speed of 276 ft/min (84 m/min) with a readable throw distance of 1/4 in (6.4 mm). It prints text, graphics, logos, and barcodes in a horizontal side-print orientation, uses a recirculating ink management system, and communicates via Ethernet with the MPERIA platform controller for easy integration. Commonly installed on packaging lines, corrugated box production equipment, and other porous substrates, it supports direct carton marking and package coding with multiple 1D and 2D barcode formats, enabling reliable labeling of date codes, batch information, and logos; common replacements include Matthews VIAjet T100E, T100SE, and T50E.
