Vessel GT-NR30 Air Nipper

The Vessel GT-NR30 Air Nipper is a round-type, leverless pneumatic cutter that can be bracket- or fixture-mounted for precise cutting and trimming in industrial automation and assembly systems. It operates at 0.5–0.6 MPa (72.5–87 PSI) with a maximum of 0.69 MPa (100 PSI) and draws about 584 cm³ per stroke, capable of copper wire cutting up to 3.3 mm in diameter. The inlet is Rc 1/8 and has an adjustable 180° rotation, and it uses optional replaceable blades compatible with N30, NR30, and NB30 blade series. Designed for pneumatic cutting and crimping, the GT-NR30 is commonly used in plastic gate removal, component lead trimming, automated assembly, and other material processing tasks within robotic cells, molding lines, and production machinery. Manufactured by Vessel Co., Inc. in Japan, the GT-NR30 serves as a replacement air nipper for Vessel pneumatic cutting systems, with common replacements including GT-N30, GT-NS30, and GT-NB30.
