Veris Industries H608 Split-Core Current Switch

The Veris Industries Hawkeye H608 Split-Core Current Switch is an adjustable-trip-point AC current sensor that installs around existing conductors without disconnecting wiring, thanks to its split-core clamp. It is self-powered from the monitored conductor and outputs a normally open solid-state switch rated for 1 A at 30 VAC/DC. The device senses 50/60 Hz AC current over a range from 0.5 to 175 A, with an adjustable trip point to verify motor operation, belt loss, pump status, or other equipment conditions in building automation and industrial control systems. It accommodates conductors up to 0.5 in. (12 mm) in diameter and operates from 5°F to 140°F (-15 to 60°C) with a status LED for setup and operation. It carries UL and CE certifications and is commonly used in HVAC systems, BAS, exhaust fans, recirculation pumps, compressors, conveyor systems, lighting circuits, and other process equipment where reliable current monitoring is required.
