The TURCK FCI-D10A4P-LIX-H1141 Inline Flow Monitoring Sensor provides real-time verification of liquid or gas flow in industrial process and machine control systems, helping prevent dry-run conditions and flow loss in cooling circuits, lubrication lines, dosing equipment, and process skids. Built on a calorimetric (thermal dispersion) measuring principle, it delivers a 4–20 mA analog output for direct integration with standard controllers, powered from 21.6–26.4 VDC via an M12×1 connector. The device features a G 1/4" process connection, IP67 protection, and a stainless steel sensing element (1.4571 / 316Ti) housed in PBT, capable of withstanding medium temperatures from 0 to +80°C and ambient temperatures from 0 to +60°C, with a pressure rating up to 20 bar. An adjustable potentiometer with LED flow indication enables on-site calibration.
