Turck BIM-IKT-AP6X-V1131 W KLI-3 Magnetic Field Sensor

The Turck BIM-IKT-AP6X-V1131 W/KLI-3 magnetic field sensor delivers wear-free, non-contact pneumatic cylinder position sensing for tie-rod cylinders, featuring a GD-Zn metal housing with a reinforced sensing face.

Using magnetic-inductive sensing, it provides a PNP normally open, 3-wire output via an M8 x 1 male connector, powered from 10–30 VDC with a maximum 200 mA and a 1 kHz switching frequency.

The unit includes the KLI-3 mounting bracket for tie-rod cylinders, supports IP67 protection, operates from -25°C to +70°C, and offers LED status indication along with shock and vibration resistance.

Commonly installed on packaging machines, conveyors, pick-and-place and assembly equipment to provide reliable piston position feedback for machine sequencing and automation control.
