Turck BIM-IKT-AN6X Magnetic Field Sensor With KLI3 Mounting Clamp

The Turck BIM-IKT-AN6X W/KLI3 is a magnetic field sensor that non-contact-detects pneumatic piston position for industrial automation, using magnetic-inductive sensing with an NPN normally open 3-wire output and a 10-30 VDC supply. With a GD-Zn zinc die-cast housing, IP67 protection, and a 2 m PVC cable, it is designed for rugged use on tie-rod cylinders 63–160 mm in diameter when mounted with the included KLI3 clamp. Key electrical and dynamic specs include up to 200 mA, switching frequency of 1000 Hz, repeatability ±0.1 mm, operating temperature -25°C to +70°C, and features such as reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection, wear-free operation, and magnetic sensing through non-ferrous cylinder walls.
