Turck BIM-IKT-AN6X-H1141 W KLI3 Cylinder Position Sensor

The Turck BIM-IKT-AN6X-H1141 W/KLI3 is a magnetic-inductive cylinder position sensor from the BIM Series for pneumatic cylinders in industrial automation, delivering wear-free, non-contact piston position detection and reliable actuator feedback in environments that commonly use tie-rod and profile cylinders, including packaging machines, conveyor diverters, pick-and-place lines, assembly stations, and automated handling systems. It provides a 3-wire NPN normally-open (NO) output at 10–30 VDC, up to 200 mA, through an M12 x 1 male connector, and ships with the KLI3 mounting bracket for tie-rod cylinders to simplify installation. Housed in PA12-GF30 reinforced plastic with metal mounting components, the sensor carries IP67 protection and operates from -25°C to +70°C, with a switching frequency of 1 kHz. Additional features include LED indication, reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection, magnetic field immunity, and robustness against shock and vibration.
