Turck BI30U-CK40-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Turck BI30U-CK40-AP6X2-H1141 inductive proximity sensor, built on Turck’s uprox+ platform, provides a 30 mm sensing distance for long-range, non-contact metal detection in harsh industrial environments. It is commonly used in conveyors, packaging machinery, material handling equipment, pallet transfer systems, and automated production lines where reliable object detection and position feedback are required. The 3‑wire PNP normally open output operates from 10–30 VDC and up to 200 mA, with a switching frequency of 250 Hz, and connects via an M12 x 1 male connector to a CK40 rectangular housing measuring 65 × 40 × 40 mm, with IP68 protection and flush-mount capability.
