Turck BI15U-CK40-AP4X2-H1141 Inductive Proximity Sensor is a shielded inductive sensor that detects metal objects at 15 mm using uprox Factor 1 technology to provide equal sensing distance on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Housed in a CK40 rectangular enclosure (65 x 40 x 40 mm) made of PBT-GF30-V0 reinforced plastic, it carries IP67 protection, an adjustable 5-position active face, and flush-mount embeddability, with an M12 x 1 male connector (H1141). It operates from 10-30 VDC in a 3-wire DC configuration with a PNP normally open output and a maximum load of 200 mA, switching up to 250 Hz; the device includes reverse polarity and cyclic short-circuit protections and 300 mT magnetic field resistance (DC/AC). A high-luminance LED provides status indication alongside sensing performance.
