Turck BI15R-Q14-AP6X2-H1141 Inductive Ring Sensor delivers reliable non-contact metal sensing for high-speed automation, featuring a 15.1 mm ring opening and Factor 1 sensing for all metals. This inductive ring sensor operates from 10 to 30 VDC with a 3‑wire DC PNP normally open output (up to 200 mA) and switches at up to 250 Hz, making it suitable for rapid passage detection on conveyors and in material-handling lines. The flush-mount, rectangular Q14 housing measures 40 x 40 x 14 mm, made from PBT-GF30-V0 reinforced plastic, and includes an M12 x 1 male connector (H1141). It is IP67-rated and offers reverse polarity and short-circuit protection, with operating temperatures from -30°C to +85°C, plus Green Power and Yellow Switching LED indicators.
