The Transmation 2800-NI temperature controller transmitter is a universal temperature transmitter that converts RTD, thermocouple, millivolt, and resistance sensor inputs into a standard 4–20 mA output for precise temperature monitoring and control. Designed for two‑wire loop‑powered operation, it features an integral 5‑digit LCD display and an accuracy of ±0.035% of span, enabling reliable readings for PLCs, DCS systems, recorders, and process controllers. The 2800-NI provides a 4–20 mA DC output with a maximum range of 3.7–22 mA DC, 500 VAC input/output isolation, FM Nonincendive (NI) approval, and surface‑mount construction with a DIN rail adapter option. Used in boilers, heat exchangers, furnaces, food processing equipment, HVAC systems, utility plants, and other industrial process control environments, it supports compatibility with RTDs, thermocouples, PLCs, DCS controllers, recorders, and process controllers.
