Transition Networks MIL-RCM16A Raven Management Chassis

The Transition Networks MIL-RCM16A Raven Management Chassis is a 16-slot, Raven Series managed media converter chassis designed to centrally install and manage up to sixteen Raven media converter modules. It combines an integrated management module with a single 100–240 VAC power supply, and offers optional dual redundant AC or -48 VDC power for critical deployments. For control and monitoring, it provides SNMP, Telnet, RS-232 console, and a web-based GUI, with an RJ-45 Ethernet management port; status monitoring covers power supply, fan, module status, and port link monitoring, and Raven modules are hot-swappable in a 19-inch rack-mount chassis. With dimensions of 17.63 x 10.98 x 3.50 inches and a weight of 5.75 lb, the MIL-RCM16A is suitable for enterprise LANs, industrial Ethernet networks, telecommunications facilities, and campus fiber/copper backbone infrastructures requiring centralized installation, power, and management of high-density media conversion.
