Trane CTR02576 Contactor 2 Pole 40 Amp 24 VAC

The Trane Service First CTR02576 contactor is a 2‑pole, 40 A definite‑purpose HVAC switch that powers compressors, condenser fans, blowers, and other high‑current loads in Trane and American Standard systems. It uses a 24 VAC control coil and is rated for up to 600 VAC switching, with 50 A resistive and 160 A LRA, and a coil resistance of 11 Ω. The device features screw terminals with aluminum lugs, panel‑mount installation, and normally open contacts, suitable for 50/60 Hz operation from -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 66°C). It is designed for residential and commercial HVAC, including air conditioners, heat pumps, condensing units, packaged HVAC equipment, and refrigeration applications that require reliable motor control with electrical isolation.
