TPI KT-110 Temperature Ventilation Controller

The TPI KT-110 Temperature Ventilation Controller is a rugged line-voltage thermostat that automatically regulates heat‑only ventilation and heating systems in industrial and commercial environments. It features a bi-metal sensor, SPST switching, and an adjustable temperature range from -10°F to 100°F (-23°C to 38°C), with 6‑inch hardwire leads for OEM installation. Designed for 125–277 VAC service, it supports up to 22 A resistive load (13.8 FLA @ 125 VAC; 10 FLA @ 250 VAC) and motor ratings of 3/4 HP at 125 VAC or 1-1/2 HP at 250/277 VAC. The unit’s rugged steel enclosure is surface‑mountable and UL Listed, CSA Certified, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for unit heaters, enclosure heaters, ventilation systems, and other electric heating equipment in warehouses, factories, equipment rooms, and manufacturing facilities as an OEM replacement thermostat.
