The Tokimec Co., Ltd. TGMDC-5-BL-10 Modular Check Valve delivers reliable one-way hydraulic flow control for industrial systems, handling up to 31.5 MPa (315 bar, 4,570 psi) and a maximum flow of 120 L/min. As part of the TGM-5, 50 Series, the BL configuration (B line control) is designed to mount directly between manifold sections using System-Stak, sandwich valve, or subplate manifold mounting to reduce external piping and improve circuit reliability and serviceability. The nominal size is 05 (NG10 / ISO 4401-05 / CETOP 05). It operates with mineral oil or water-glycol based hydraulic fluids and supports an operating temperature range from −20°C to +80°C (mineral oil). Common applications include hydraulic power units, CNC machine tools, injection molding machines, industrial presses, metalworking and factory automation equipment where reverse flow prevention and load holding are required.
