TLV CK3MG Check Valve

The TLV CK3MG 2 in. Check Valve is a center-guided disc valve designed to prevent reverse flow in industrial steam and hot water systems while maintaining efficient fluid circulation. Its center-guided disc design delivers low pressure drop and reliable sealing in both horizontal and vertical installations, extending service life. The valve features a 2 in. nominal pipe size with threaded (screwed) connections, a body of ASTM A351 Grade CF8 cast stainless steel, and a stainless steel (metal) seat. It is suitable for steam, hot water, and water, with a maximum operating pressure of 300 psig (2.1 MPaG) and a maximum temperature of 428 °F (220 °C); minimum opening differential pressure is 0.15 psi (0.001 MPa). Commonly installed in steam mains, condensate return systems, boiler plants, heat exchangers, chemical processing facilities, food and beverage plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and general industrial process piping where dependable backflow prevention is required.
