Titan YS55-BZ Y-Strainer

The Titan YS55-BZ Bronze Y‑Strainer is a 1-1/2 inch, female NPT threaded debris‑removing device designed to protect downstream equipment by filtering solids from liquids. Its cast bronze body (ASTM B584 C84400) houses a stainless steel screen with a PTFE gasket, rated ASME Class 125 and 200 PSI WOG (non‑shock) at 150°F, with a 3/4 in NPT blow‑off and an overall length of 4.93 in. Commonly installed ahead of pumps, meters, control valves, spray nozzles, heat exchangers, and other process equipment where clean fluid flow is essential, the YS55-BZ is suitable for industrial applications including water distribution, HVAC, chemical processing, cooling water circuits, irrigation, and marine systems.
