Timken SCVT 599301 Wireless Condition Monitoring Sensor

The Timken SCVT 599301 Status Check Vibration and Temperature End Node is a wireless condition monitoring sensor that measures triaxial vibration and surface temperature in rotating equipment for predictive maintenance. It provides 3-axis vibration data (Axial, Horizontal, Radial) across a dynamic range configurable up to ±16 G, with a 10 to 1000 Hz frequency range, 6600 Hz sampling, and 16-bit resolution, and it wirelessly transmits through a 2.4 GHz Wirepas Mesh to a gateway for analysis and alarm generation. The sensor is designed for bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, fans, conveyors, and other industrial rotating assets, with IP67 protection, an operating temperature range of -40 °F to 185 °F (-40 °C to +85 °C), and mounting via 1/8-27 NPT threads. Powered by a 3.6 V lithium thionyl chloride battery, it delivers up to five years of operation depending on configuration, and carries CE, FCC, and ISED certifications for use in manufacturing plants, mining operations, power generation facilities, material handling systems, and process industries.
