The Timken National Redi-Sleeve 99118 is a precision-thin-wall stainless steel shaft repair sleeve that restores worn sealing surfaces without shaft replacement or machining, installed directly over the existing shaft to create a smooth, wear-resistant sealing surface. Designed with an installation flange and a nominal shaft diameter of 1.188 in (30.18 mm), it fits shaft sizes 1.185–1.190 in (30.099–30.226 mm) and features a flanged outside diameter of 1.400 in (35.56 mm), a seal-running surface width of 0.313 in (7.95 mm), an overall width of 0.438 in (11.125 mm), and an installation depth of 0.875 in (22.225 mm).
