The Timken 88345005154 QF100TINSERT is a wrap-style elastomeric insert for Timken QUICK FLEX Size 100 couplings, engineered to transmit torque while absorbing shock, reducing vibration, and compensating for shaft misalignment without lubrication. Made of black urethane, it provides a nominal torque of 6,061 in-lb (685 N·m) and fits an inner diameter of 3.05 in (77.5 mm) with overall dimensions M of 6.44 in (163.6 mm) and N of 2.02 in (51.3 mm). The insert supports up to 2° of angular misalignment and 0.058 in (1.47 mm) of parallel misalignment and has a shore hardness of 68D, while being resistant to most industrial chemicals and operating from -60°F to 212°F (-50°C to 100°C). Commonly used in pumps, conveyors, compressors, fans, mixers, industrial gearboxes, and mining equipment, the QF100TINSERT is intended for maintenance, retrofit, and preventive maintenance to extend coupling life in Timken QUICK FLEX Size 100 systems.
