It measures 7.31 in (186 mm) long and 0.184 in (4.83 mm) wide with a 0.043 in (1.09 mm) thickness and uses a patented non-magnetic stainless steel locking barb for maximum holding strength and vibration resistance, with a low-profile head to minimize snagging. Made from natural Nylon 6.6, this UL Listed Ty-Rap is RoHS compliant and suitable for indoor use in control panels, telecommunications equipment, HVAC, industrial machinery, and general wire management. It is packaged in bulk as 1,000 pieces and is commonly used by maintenance electricians, contractors, and system integrators for new installations, equipment maintenance, retrofits, and replacement of standard cable ties; the maximum bundle diameter is 1.75–1.89 in (48 mm).
